• by joining my group orders, it means that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions stated.

• each post will state whether you must fill in a form (on linktree) OR you must dm / comment.
• for photocard group orders, you must claim either through my dms or comment on the post (will always be stated at the end of the post).
• join group orders at your own risk, I'm not responsible for any lost mail during shipment process

PAYMENTS!
• accept payment only by BIBD and Baiduri Bank
• payment is required to proceed with your order, those who fail to pay on time will be blocked from further group orders.
• full payment is required for all types of group orders

COLLECTION!
• self-pickup is available (collect at kg sungai akar)
• a collection notice will be sent after all items have been packed, you'll be given 1 week/1 month to collect your items, those who fail to do so, their items will be put up for sale and will be blocked on further g.o's (i will not be refunding you back so be aware!).
• a time schedule will be given through dms / message, please update me a day early when collecting

SECOND PAYMENTS!
• this is the most frequently asked question, second payments (shipping) can be unpredictable, they can range from less than a dollar to a maximum of $20 or even more.
• additional payment maybe needed if items are held by customs or there is an increase in shipping.

REFUNDS!
• refunds are only for cases which, the items are sold out / cancelled, lack of interest / joiners, didn't reach minimum of joiners
• and, in case of scam, please be aware, no refund will be given unless i'm able to retrieve the amount back.CANCELLATION!
• any cancellations or back out from group orders will not be accepted and you will be blocked from joining future group orders.

AVOID!
• join / claim / order if you are impatient, it will take time for it to arrive as it's from overseas.
• ask me to lower prices / complain about the prices offered, they are all fixed prices and i will NOT give any discounts even if you are frequent buyer from me.
• don't have the money to pay the items you bought / claimed, it's very rude and you're wasting my time when i can give it to someone who wants it more.
• delaying on when you'll pay for the items, i expect immediate / fast payment once i send you the payment notice.
• if you're a minor, please ask permission from your parents / guardian before ordering, i prefer if you can pay on time without me needing to remind you again and again.

• do send picture / video proof of the photocard you're offering with a paper (with my username and time stated) in the background so i know that you own the photocard.
